Saypha Filler Lidocaine

Saypha Filler Lidocaine is a hyaluronic dermal wrinkle filler – sterile, biodegradable, viscoelastic, perfectly clear, colourless, transparent, isotonic and homogenised. It is long-lasting, but not permanent, and slowly spreads underneath the skin to give it a smooth and natural look. It is monophasic, which ensures perfect smoothness of the gel. Its viscoelastic solution is designed to correct moderate to severe wrinkles and increase lip volume. This gel is indicated for an injection into the medium to deep dermis.

Saypha range of products fulfils the highest quality standards and is characterised by absolute safety, as a result of applying an elaborate and unique purification method which removes all undesired compounds from the gel. Saypha Filler Lidocaine contains reticulating agent residuals below the detection limit (<1 ppm).

Saypha products were created using revolutionary, patent-protected S.M.A.R.T. technology (Supreme Monophasic and Reticulated Technology). Only pure and natural hyaluronic acid of biofermentative origin is used as a basis for the S.M.A.R.T. synthesis. The S.M.A.R.T. process uses the well-established BDDE (butanedioldiglycidether) as reticulating agent to create a very dense HA network and perfectly clear gel consisting of very long, strong and stable chains of hyaluronic acid.

The last stage of S.M.A.R.T. process is the removal of oxygen molecules, which enhances the stability of the gel once it is filled into the syringe, thus guaranteeing absolute safety of the procedure and full control over its results.

Saypha Filler Lidocaine is based on SMART technology, which means that the gel is not cross-linked, but rather is stabilised using glycerin, a natural humectant. This stores water and moisturises the skin for a long time. Saypha® Filler Lidocaine permanently increases skin hydration due to its high concentration of HA and its high molecular weight (3 million Daltons). This combination guarantees long-lasting rejuvenation.
